How my journey began
My name is Jasmine Fralish Duncan (formerly Allen) and I am a marketing professional currently living in Los Angeles, CA. A proud HBCU alum that loves training for marathons, an afternoon caramel macchiato, and all things rose gold. Thank you for visiting this website, which is a visual representation of me as a person and a marketing executive.
With 11+ years of experience in sponsorship, event management, experiential activation, and content development, I have developed a passion for helping brands create meaningful roles in culture, with an emphasis on authentically connecting with the community through lifestyle, media, sports, and entertainment.
My journey dates back to my time in the Georgetown University Sports Industry Management (SIM) Masters program when we were tasked to recognize a gap within the industry and come up with a feasible marketing strategy to solve the need. As I outlined the lack of strong sponsorship campaigns that empowered women and connected audiences with unique female athlete content, I knew that I wanted to drive growth in this space and be a part of the change.
Since then creating activation concepts and brand partnerships that showcase the value of connecting authentically with culture and developing purpose-driven marketing campaigns has been my passion. Networking around like-minded individuals led me to the sponsorship department at the Chicago Sky where I worked my way up from Partnership Activation Coordinator to Senior Account Executive. Negotiating new team sponsorships rooted in insights and innovating new ways to expand initiatives such as the Inspiring Women platform, drove a 40% increase in sponsorship revenue for the team. After four years at the Chicago Sky, I transitioned to the leading experiential marketing agency, Momentum Worldwide, to expand my expertise in experiential activations, integrated programming, branded content, and hospitality with Fortune 500 clients such as United Airlines and Chevron. My purpose to make a positive impact on the lives of others then led me to move cross country to Los Angeles, CA where I currently deliver high caliber, culture-centered experiences and 360-degree marketing campaigns at AT&T that creates emotional bonds and enduring value to connect audiences with the brand in meaningful ways that unlock growth.
Since joining AT&T in April 2021, I have successfully led two award winning campaigns, and launched the brands first national HBCU campaign, AT&T Rising Future Makers.
Since starting my career, I've become known among colleagues as someone who is results-driven with a natural desire to create meaningful relationships, generate fresh ideas, and drive flawless execution against business goals and objectives.
In addition to my corporate work, I'm committed to empowering and inspiring the next generation of marketers to dream big and refrain from setting limits on what they can accomplish. I'm thankful to have amazing mentors that have supported me throughout my career thus far and look to extend that same support to others.
I am a wife, mentor, avid marathon runner, international traveler and have a high enthusiasm for food (especially sweets).
